A split or Health metric sticker has no data
Split stickers require saved lap/segment records; KM SPLITS appears only when the recorded segments are confirmed as kilometre splits. Heart rate, calories, steps and elevation gain require data for that workout. Availability varies by recording app and device, and manually entered workouts often lack these details. Check RunPost's heart-rate, active-energy and step-count read permissions in Health, then reload the data in the editor. Missing segments and values are not invented.
My running workouts are missing
Connect your running records from the home screen. In Health, open your profile and Apps, then check RunPost's access to workouts and walking/running distance. Let Apple Watch and iPhone sync, then refresh. RunPost uses real running workouts in Health. An empty list can mean there are no readable records or that read access is restricted.
My route or map is missing
Check RunPost's workout-route permission in Health. Indoor runs and workouts without GPS route data can display stats but cannot show a route. Map posters need an internet connection. You can turn the route off or hide areas around its start and end in the editor.
I cannot import or save a photo or video
Backgrounds are selected through the system photo picker. If an original is in iCloud, check that it can download. Background videos can be trimmed to a segment of up to 60 seconds. If Photos saving was denied, allow RunPost to add to Photos in iPhone settings, or use the share sheet. New exports require an active trial or lifetime access.
How do I post to Instagram?
Choose Instagram Stories sharing for your finished result to open Instagram's editor. You must confirm posting in Instagram. If Instagram is unavailable, you can use the system share sheet. RunPost does not request your Instagram login or password.
How do I reuse a style or delete a project?
In Library, open a project's menu and choose to use its style for a new post, then select a new workout and background. The original project stays unchanged. Deleting a project removes its internal copies, not original photos or Health records. RunPost has no cloud backup; save finished results separately in Photos or another location if you want to keep a copy.
How do the trial and Restore Purchases work?
The trial is available once and lasts seven days from activation. New photo/video exports and external sharing then require a one-time lifetime purchase. There is no subscription or automatic charge, and existing projects remain viewable, editable and savable in Library. With the same Apple account, open Settings → Access & Restore Purchases to restore. Restoring does not restart an expired trial. Contact hiorio@kakao.com if purchasing or restoration does not work.
